Create Herb Garden Markers by recycling & repurposing your old Anthropologie catalogs!
I fall in love with every single Anthropologie catalog that comes to my door. I just can’t help it. It’s an infatuation that will never end. Not only that but I can’t seem to let go of their catalogs… They are just so pretty! They put so much thought, time, & creativity into every detail of their catalogs. I would love to go to one of their photo shoots just so that I could experience the beauty of it all!
My Anthropologie catalogs are scattered in various locations throughout our little home, available at any time for me to re-peruse them. After awhile though they begin to look lonely.
So I decided to recycle & upcycle them so that I can still enjoy the beauty within it’s pages, without cluttering up my home, by creating these Anthropologie Upcycled Herb Garden Markers.
There are five things that I particularly love about these Anthropologie Upcycled Herb Garden Markers.
Firstly, it’s Anthropologie! Secondly, I used only things that I already had around my home. Thirdly, it’s a great way to recycle/upcycle! Fourthly, I can use them in my Dreamy Herb Garden Pots! And finally, it’s a great way for me to segue into telling you about the Anthroplogie giveaway I am going to be doing here soon!
As soon as I reach 2,500 followers on Facebook I am going to host a little giveaway (that I will announce on DB’s Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram). I am super excited because this will be my first contest/sweepstakes/giveaway!
But don’t worry I’ll be sure to do all the research first & talk to other bloggers to make sure that my first giveaway is a sweeping success (and follows all the rules)!
What I am even more excited about is that I am going to giveaway one of my favorite candles from Anthropologie! So stay tuned & don’t forget to follow Domestically Blissful on Facebook so that we can make this giveaway happen in the next few weeks!
But back to the topic at hand!
These adorable little Anthropologie Upcycled Herb Garden Markers! This is such a simple craft I feel silly even sharing a tutorial! However, I will because I can & that’s what bloggers do. Good reasoning right?
Stencil Shapes – Optional
Pen or Fine Point Sharpie
Toothpicks or Popsicle Sticks
Sharpie or Stamps & Ink
Simply cut out the shapes you want from your Anthropologie catalog, mirroring the image on the same paper (so that it will have a backing) & cut it out. Print or stamp the herb name on the Anthropologie paper. Then glue the two pieces together with the popsicle stick in the center. Then proudly display your beautiful new Anthropologie Upcycled Herb Garden Markers in your herb garden pots!
I’d love to see your Anthropologie Upcycled Herb Garden Markers!
