I originally made this Creamy Avocado Ranch Sauce to go with my Vegetarian BLT Crunchwrap Slider that I am going to share with you on Thursday. The problem is that this Creamy Avocado Ranch Sauce is so good it deserved it’s own post. One that will give it all the attention, love, & respect it deserves! Yes this sauce is that good! Plus since everyone on Instagram seemed interested I knew I needed to share this recipe soon!
While I personally enjoy licking the spoon & eating this Creamy Avocado Ranch Sauce with just chips, my husband prefers to enjoy this sauce in burritos, crunch wraps, & quesadillas. But no matter how you serve & consume your Creamy Avocado Ranch Sauce, you’ll be hooked after just one bite!
This Creamy Avocado Ranch Sauce would make a great addition to any football or Super Bowl party & you’ll have all of your guests asking for the recipe! Don’t forget to check back on Thursday to see my favorite way of serving this Creamy Avocado Ranch Sauce – Vegetarian BLT Crunchwrap Sliders!
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Avocado – Peeled, Pitted, & Sliced
2-3 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place all of the ingredients into your blender & blend until smooth. If you want the sauce to be thinner just add more buttermilk.
Store in a tightly sealed container for up to a week in your fridge. Although chances are you will eat it all in a day or two!
