Wow! What a whirlwind this past week has been. After a week & weekend of love & marriage I am completely wiped! I can’t seem to catch up on sleep & my feet still hurt like crazy! So I thought I would simply share a few photos that I snapped from the past week (also a few that my friend Abby sweetly snapped for me on my camera) & then over the next few weeks I’ll share all of the details in a variety of posts, including some DIY posts to show you how I created some of the decor!
ps. I accidentally had the wrong settings on my camera so the end result is a little funky… Oops!
pss. Oh, & there are a few more pictures (like of the bride & grooms first kiss under their wedding tree) & a video of the cake cutting on Instagram!
Katie’s wedding flowers.
Arrows to point the way to the reception.
Picnic blankets & log vignettes.
I love you… most ardently – My sister Chas is such an artist!
She even transformed this old pew – I can’t wait to see it at her new home this summer!
My handwriting is slowly getting better.
Beautiful centerpiece by my sister Chas.
Can you see the little chandelier in the center with tea candles?
Date Jar for lots of date ideas for Katie & Paul.
Mini easels to label the drinks.
The beautiful cakes by my mom.
Ladders for the plates, napkins, & utensils.
Paul hand burned this on a log for his beautiful bride!
Favors filled with the happy couples favorite snack!
And to send them off a sparkler farewell!
I can’t wait to share more in the coming weeks! Feel free to send me messages or comments if you have any questions or inquiries!
With love, G
