Paper Fan Garland

There are many things that I love in life and book pages are definitely near the top of that list – which is probably why I use them all the time! This Paper Fan Garland can be made out of book pages, sheet music, or even scrapbooking paper.

What you’ll need:

Hot glue gun with glue

Lace, string, or twine – for hanging

First, take two pieces of paper and lay them on top of each other. Then fold them like a fan, cutting off any excess.

Separate the two pages and fold them in half as shown in the picture above.

Next, use the string to tie the two pieces of paper together, knot the string, cut off the excess, and put a dab of glue on the knot to ensure that it does not come loose.

Glue the four pieces together and press firmly after gluing each piece to ensure that they stick together.

Then glue the button on top to cover up the knot – you could use glitter, beads, or pretty much anything else that is cute and small!

Continue this process until you have made enough paper fans for your garland.

Secure the paper fans on the lace with glue or mini clothespins.

Have fun making this garland and finding a place for it in your home!
