3 Tips for Cleaning Tough Surfaces in Your Kitchen to help keep your kitchen sparkling clean.
I love keeping a clean kitchen.
But a couple of places I sometimes forget to clean are our stove and ovens, especially our ovens.
Recently I’ve been trying to remedy that bad habit.
So I started looking for cleaning products that I could use for a variety of messes, both in the sink and in my oven.
I found that Scotch-Brite® Advanced Scrub Dots Non-Scratch Scrubbers and Palmolive® Ultra Oxy are great for the tough messes such as cast-iron cookware, Dutch ovens, an outdoor grill, or holiday meals.
Plus, I can use them on my stove and in my ovens.
Scotch-Brite® has powerful scrubbing abilities and rinses clean.
I especially love that it dries fast and rinses clean without trapping food.
Plus its non-scratch, which makes it safe on non-stick cookware.
I can go from cleaning our dishes to cleaning our stove in one step from our sink to the stove.
One struggle I have had in the past with cleaning is my hands, luckily Palmolive® Ultra Oxy is tough on grease while being soft on hands.
It is able to attack grease and hard to fight surface stains on dishes (like coffee), while still being kind to my hands.
I love that it has effective cleaning power and is soft on hands to help me take on the toughest mess.
Because I love to make a tasty kitchen mess on our stove and in our oven!
So to help you tackle hard to clean areas in your kitchen I thought I’d share with you 3 Tips for Cleaning Tough Surfaces in Your Kitchen!

1. Use the Right Cleaning Tools
Cleaning tough surfaces can be rather difficult without the right tools.
I picked up Palmolive® Ultra Oxy and Scotch-Brite® Advanced Scrub Dots Non-Scratch Scrubbers at Walmart to help me clean our stove and ovens.
The combination of Palmolive® and Scotch-Brite® gives shoppers the perfect solution to clean up several types of messes allowing for an easy clean.
And I’m all about finding easy ways to clean!
2. Don’t Let the Mess Grow Out of Control
It can be easy to put off cleaning up a mess in your oven or on your stove.
But dinner time comes around again (and again) and your little mess grows a little bit bigger after each meal.
The best solution, don’t let the mess grow out of control.
3. Be consistent
One of the easiest ways to avoid letting hard to clean surfaces build-up with baked-on food is to clean them regularly and consistently.
You may not have time to clean up after every meal if you are rushing out the door, but creating a consistent cleaning habit will help you tackle the clean up quickly and efficiently.
You may decide to make early mornings, late evenings, or every Friday your dedicated cleaning time for your hard to clean surfaces.
Creating a cleaning habit is the best way to stay consistent and keep your stove and oven clean!
I hope that these 3 Tips for Cleaning Tough Surfaces in Your Kitchen help you keep your kitchen sparkly clean!
