5 ways to decorate your home with fresh flowers this spring.
Aren’t you just loving this spring weather!
It feels like winter lasted forever this year & I am so ready to leave it as a distant memory & enjoy all of the green trees & blossoming flowers.
And while I’ve often hidden from pollen in the past, I’m embracing spring & even welcoming it into my home this year!
Winter is over & it’s time to fill our home with fresh air & fresh flowers.
And since I’m sure I’m not alone, I want to encourage you to not let spring allergies keep your home looking like winter by combating allergies with FLONASE & Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes so that your home looks & smells like spring too.
A few weeks ago while I was shopping at Kroger I picked up both Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes & FLONASE. Just in time too, because I was about to run out of both!
I use Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes on a weekly basis to wipe away 99.9% of the most common allergens* & FLONASE on a daily basis since it provides more complete allergy symptom relief because it relieves nasal congestion, while single-ingredient antihistamines don’t.**
I personally love using FLONASE because unlike most allergy pills, FLONASE relieves nasal congestion plus runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose, itchy eyes, & watery eyes.**
This is great because we have been filling our home with fresh flowers this season, specifically for all of our open houses & house showings.
And since I have been having so much fun decorating our home with flowers this spring, I thought I would share with you some of my favorite ways brighten a home with fresh flowers!
1. Potted Flowers
This is the second year that we have had this orchid plant & it has given us even more beautiful blooms this year than it did last year. They started blooming in early February & here it is April & they still look amazing!
2. Bouquet in a Vase
After picking up the FLONASE & Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes, I swung back by the amazing flower department at the front of our Kroger.
I walked around the different displays a few times & finally decided upon two different types of flowers that I added together to create a bountiful bouquet.
Now that I use FLONASE on a regular basis, because it helps block 6 allergic substances (most allergy pills only block 1***) I am able to enjoy large bouquets of flowers throughout our home because FLONASE relieves the allergy symptoms.
3. In a Place Setting
There were so many flowers in the bouquet that I decided to cut some of the extra stems shorter & tie them with ribbon to use as fresh decor in our place settings.
It’s such a simple & easy idea, but it looks so beautiful & elegant!
4. Outside Your House
Having potted flowers, a garden of flowers, or even window box flowers outside your home is a great way to add curb appeal to your home this spring, plus it carries your inside flower theme outside to its natural habitat.
I now greatly enjoy spending time outside, even in the spring, because once-daily FLONASE nasal spray products are proven to offer 24-hour relief from both nose- & eye-related allergy symptoms.
I’m spending even more time outside this spring than ever before!
5. Hanging Flower Display
I had a lot of fun creating this little display.
It is as easy as tying flowers to thin twine & then to a small branch.
And the great thing about it is that since the flowers are hanging upside down, they will dry beautifully, & you can continue to display your hanging flowers all season long!

*Use Clorox® products as directed for removal of non-living allergens like pet dander, dust mite matter and pest matter on hard nonporous surfaces in your home. Keep out of reach of children.
**Vs single-ingredient antihistamines which do not treat nasal congestion.
***Mechanism vs most over-the-counter (OTC) allergy pills. FLONASE nasal sprays act on multiple inflammatory substances (histamine, prostaglandins, cytokines, tryptases, chemokines, and leukotrienes). The exact number and precise mechanism are unknown.
