Baked Egg Goat Cheese Puff Pastry

These Baked Egg & Goat Cheese Puff Pastries may look fancy, but they are super easy to create & are full of creamy flavors!

Instructions

  1. First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Use a knife to cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 squares & transfer the puff pastry squares to the baking sheet.
  3. Place a ramekin in the center of each square (to create the crater for the eggs) & bake for 5-7 minutes.
  4. While the puff pastry is baking, scramble 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon heavy cream, & 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of goat cheese in a small bowl.
  5. Once the pastry has puffed up around the ramekin, remove the baking sheet from the oven, & remove the ramekins from the center of the squares.
  6. Pour an equal amount of goat cheese eggs into the center of each of the 4 puff pastry craters.
  7. Return the baking sheet to the oven & bake for 12-15 minutes. *(1)
  8. Once the eggs are set, & the puff pastry is golden, remove the baking sheet from the oven.
  9. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, parsley & parmesan.
