This simple 3 ingredient recipe for Baked Honey Granola Peaches is the perfect sweet treat for dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or for breakfast with greek yogurt!

Last week the two Roger’s and I took a little drive out to our favorite summer peach stand.
We picked up a beautiful basket of the most gorgeous peaches, and we couldn’t wait to get home and start enjoying them.
As I was thinking about all of the ways I wanted to enjoy our peaches I remembered this recipe for baked granola peaches and knew we had a little bit of granola left in our pantry.
I had planned to just make it for us to enjoy, but then I thought that I should create a quick little video and refresh the old blog post, but that snowballed into me deciding to turn it into a whole new blog post because it seemed easier at the time.
Anywho! This recipe is one of my favorite simple summer recipes, because it can be enjoyed in the morning with greek yogurt or in the evening with ice cream.
It’s both versatile and oh so yummy!

Baked Honey Granola Peaches
This simple 3 ingredient recipe for Baked Honey Granola Peaches is the perfect sweet treat for dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or for breakfast with greek yogurt!
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes
- Total Time: 25 minutes
- Yield: Serves 1-2 people
Ingredients
- Peaches
- Honey
- Granola
Instructions
- First, preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
- Cut your peaches in half removing the pit.
- Place the peaches in a baking dish with the inside of the peach facing up and drizzle honey over the inside of the peach. The amount of honey depends on the size of the peach, but usually, I will use a tablespoon of honey for both halves of one peach.
- Next, heap the granola onto the peaches. I typically use a little over 1/4 cup per peach, but this will also depend on the size of your peach.
- Bake the Honey Granola Peaches for 20 minutes. 10 minutes uncovered, and the last 10 minutes with a piece of foil loosely on top to prevent the granola from burning while the peach continues baking.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy with greek yogurt for breakfast or vanilla ice cream for dessert!
Notes
- Alternatives for vegans: brown sugar, white sugar, or just keep it naturally sweet!
- No granola? Have an allergy? Instead, you could try dried berries or nuts on top!
