Banana Bread




  1. First, spray the bread pan with oil and mash the bananas on a plate, removing any bad spots, and set them to the side.
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients except the sugar in a bowl and set to the side.
  3. Then, in a separate bowl blend the ½ cup of sugar and the ¼ cup of butter into a nice cream.
  4. In the same bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients.
  5. Then place the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients and blend well.
  6. Next, pour your banana bread mixture into the bread pan and let it sit for 20 minutes on the counter. Also, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Place your banana bread in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Once golden brown cover with foil and bake for another 15 minutes – or until the toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Enjoy!
