I love finding new inspirational books that are filled with heart warming true stories written by women. I must admit, I have a tendency to prefer women writers & even seek them out in book stores.
Recently I was contacted by Ana at Cozy Tea Cottage about a wonderful opportunity to review a new book titled CREATION Health Devotional for Women by CREATION Health. Of course I immediately jumped on the idea & within a few days I received a copy from Florida Hospital Publishing.
As soon as I found it on my door step I ripped open the package & immediately began flipping through the pages, looking over the list of authors, & reading a few (or more like 7) of the stories. I was instantly hooked!
The tagline for the book is “Heart Touching Stories for Living Life to the Fullest” & let me tell you, there are some seriously heart touching stories in this 233 page book. I became teary eyed more times than I can count & even had to put the book down a few times because my heart was overflowing.
While a good book can make you laugh & cry, a truly wonderful book will bring about action.
I was moved so much by a few of the 3 page long stories about the precious gift of time & love for family, I had to stop mid story to send my husband a text to let him know how much I love & care for him. I even discussed one of the heartwarming stories on Periscope the other day because I couldn’t wait till today to talk about this book.
CREATION Health Devotional for Women has 56 short stories written by women for women & is filled with touching stories that will encourage you to grow in your relationships with those you work with, your friends & family, & most importantly your relationship with God.
With love, G
May these words of my mouth & this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight,
Lord, my Rock & my Redeemer.
