  1. First, cook 2 of the Success® Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice according to their packaging instructions.
  2. While the rice is cooking, heat a large pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat & cook the 1/4 cup onion, minced garlic & 1/4 teaspoon salt for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
  3. Then add the black beans & cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. 
  4. Add the rice, 1/2 cup cilantro, & 2 tablespoons lime juice to the black beans. 
  5. Cook for 2 more minutes & enjoy!
