DIY Floor Mirror Christmas Garland with flocked garland and small glass ornament garland.
I thought it would be fun to share a mini tutorial of our DIY Floor Mirror Christmas Garland with you today.
But I currently have a sleeping baby in my lap, and I’m not sure how long he will stay this content.
So we are going to skip right to the tutorial!
It’s super simple, but if you are a visual person (like me), I also have a video tutorial here.
Merry (early) Christmas!
Materials:
Flocked Garland (I used 4 with each being 9 feet)
Tutorial:
First, apply the command hooks to the wall according to the packaging instructions. At least one in each corner and one in the center for a total of (at least) three command hooks.
Next, double up the garland to give it a fuller look. You can do this by laying one on top of the other and crossing the branches to tie them together.
Once the command hooks are fully secure on the wall, use zip ties to hook the garland to the command hooks. I do this by wrapping a zip tie around the garland and then a second one through it and to the command hook.
Next, add lights and your glass ornament garland.
Enjoy all season long!
