Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit. 
  2. Next, cut the bread into cubes, place them in a large bowl, & set it to the side.
  3. In a small pot combine the garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, & 1/2 cup olive oil.
  4. Let simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, & then discard the garlic.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the cubed bread & mix to combine.
  6. Spread the bread over an ungreased baking sheet lined with foil & bake on the middle rack for 8 minutes.
  7. Toss the croutons & sprinkle them with parmesan & return to the oven for 4-7 minutes or until golden & crispy.
  8. Let cool & enjoy on top of your Imagine® Tomato Soup!

Notes

  1. Keep in a sealed container for up to a week.
