  1. First, blend the almond milk & kale together until smooth. *(2) Then blend in your frozen banana, pineapple, & strawberries. Finally, blend in the honey & vanilla extract.
  2. Also, by using frozen fruit your kale fruit smoothie is naturally cold & thick & you don’t have to water it down with watery ice cubes.
  3. Pour into your favorite mason jar & serve cold! *(3)
