My feet are not that white! Weird!
I know, I know… I have been a bit absent lately. I thought I had planned ahead enough… turns out I hadn’t! I hope you will understand that I am trying to make the most of Roger’s short summer break to spend as much time with him as possible. In case you were starting to worry that I was going to be one of those blogs that all of a sudden randomly stops posting during their first year and you never hear from again I thought I would pop in and tell you
Happy 4th of July!!!
Also, Roger will be starting his 3rd year of dental school in just a little over a week – which I am completely depressed about… But the good news for you and Domestically Blissful is that things will go back to it’s usual 3-4 (and maybe even 5) new posts a week! – Sorry I just have to add that I can’t believe we are already entering the last half of dental school, oh how time flies!
So on this day, our day of Independence, I thought I would give you a few sneak peeks at what is to come to Domestically Blissful throughout the rest of 2014!
July 9: An article on a fun and new way to shop while saving the world – Sneak Peek.
July 23 – August 27: Every Wednesday during these dates there will be a new post about blogging – Starting with 10 Things I Wish I had Known Before I Started Blogging.
September 3: This will be the first time I show you the statistics of Domestically Blissful (monthly views, where they come from, and such). This will be something new that I am going to do the first Wednesday of every month so you can see how Domestically Blissful grows during the second year of blogging.
Fall: You can look forward to lots more fall recipes and DIY crafts coming to you very soon! But don’t worry, I heard you when you said you wanted the Mezzaluna Garden Soup recipe before this fall – it’s coming to you next week!
Christmas Season: Last Holiday Season was a mess! Between Roger’s finals, preparing for and taking the dental boards, and our wonderful yet hectic decision to move in the middle of November there wasn’t much time for full celebration and decorations. But we are all settled in now! So be prepared for lots of Christmas crafts, sweet delights, and twinkle lights!
Hopefully now you know that Domestically Blissful hasn’t fallen between the cracks and that I have already been doing lots of planning for the upcoming months. I have even already heavily hinted that I would like my Christmas present from Roger to be a super duper planner for Christmas – I love my Dollar Tree Winnie the Pooh calendar but I think Domestically Blissful might need something a little more sturdy and with some glitz!
So any who! I hope you are having a wonderful Independence Day – I think ours is going to be a 3 day celebration! – and that you will hang in there one more week while I enjoy my last few days with my sweet hubby!
xoxo DB
