Rich & Creamy Dark Hot Chocolate

Instructions

  1. First, bring the 2 cups half & half to a simmer in a pot, then add the chocolate stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted.
  2. Then add 1/2 teaspoon white sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon coffee grounds, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, & 1 pinch of nutmeg (*3).
  3. Pour into a festive mug, top with whipped cream, & sprinkle with Chocolate Sea Salt.
