Ok, so this isn’t entirely true, but about 15 year Ok, so this isn’t entirely true, but about 15 years ago, it’s definitely something I would have, and probably did, say! 🍎Comment “APPLE” to get all the apple recipes in your DM.

I despised pumpkin-flavored anything before I entered the Miller family.

While Roger and I were dating (I think that was 18 years ago. I actually had to pull out a calculator to check my math. My goodness, I’m getting old!), his sister thought I was crazy (and rightfully so) for not liking pumpkin.

And over our 4 years of dating, she quickly won me over to the pumpkin side of fall flavors.

But enough about pumpkin, this is supposed to be all about APPLE recipes!

And don’t think that I just have sweet apple recipes, although sweet fall treats are always a top priority (thankfully, I keep a good dentist nearby at all times!).

Although I have dozens of sweet apple recipes, I have at least 6 savory apple recipes on my blog too!

Now I must know. Are you going to be team pumpkin or team apple this autumn?

Ps. If you love pumpkin, don’t worry, I have a pumpkin roundup that I’ll be sharing soon!

I am so obsessed with how these turned out! 🍂 Comm I am so obsessed with how these turned out! 🍂 Comment “LEAF” for the tutorial, what I used, & more details in your DM.

These Fall Hot Glue Frame Magnets are made using a wax seal stamp, leaf punch, and tiny family photos.

And they are so incredibly fun to make!

Last year I made Shrinky Dink fall magnets that are still holding up our kids’ art on the fridge, but this year I wanted to try something totally different.

They look like fancy little vintage picture frames, but they are ridiculously easy to make.

I just used a crystal-clear hot glue, a leaf hole punch on some real fall leaves we found outside, and tiny little family photos printed right from Canva (full tutorial on my blog).

Add a brush of gold paint around the edges and a magnet on the back, and you have the sweetest little custom fall memory frames for your fridge or to gift to friends at Friendsgiving or family on Thanksgiving.

I’m so in love with them! I already know I’ll be making more for upcoming seasons and holidays.

The full step-by-step tutorial is on the blog, including exactly how I printed the mini photos and what I used to create this adorable and memorable fall decor.

Fall baking season is officially here, and these C Fall baking season is officially here, and these Cheesecake Apple Hand Pies drizzled with caramel are an absolute must-make. AD 🍎🥧Comment “PIE” to get all the details in your DM.

Using cute mini pie molds (in the shapes of apples, pumpkins, and classic round mini pies), these stuffed hand pies feature a sweet whipped Lifeway Farmer Cheese filling layered with spiced cinnamon apples. Finished with a sweet cinnamon sugar crust before baking and a generous caramel drizzle at the end.

If you’re looking for memorable fall dessert recipes, mini apple pie ideas, or creative ways to use Lifeway Farmer Cheese? This high-protein, microbiome-friendly treat delivers all the cozy cheesecake flavor you want this autumn!

After Roger ate one, he asked for another because they are “really, really, REALLY good!”
Comment “pie” below, and I’ll send all the details to your DMs! 🍎👇

Welcome to the ‘Ber Months! 🎄Comment “CHRISTMAS” f Welcome to the ‘Ber Months! 🎄Comment “CHRISTMAS” for details & tutorials in your DM.

While some are just starting to think about fall and having a hard time letting go of summer (it will feel like summer here for at least another month), my mind and heart have already wandered towards Christmas.

In the Philippines, the Christmas season is celebrated during the “ber” months - SeptemBER, OctoBER, NovemBER, and DecemBER.

My grandmother was Filipino (born and raised in the Philippines), and this is such a special tradition that we are passing down to our children.

But don’t worry, we aren’t actually decorating for Christmas in SeptemBER, we are waiting until at least mid OctoBER.

For now, Roger and I are sneaking in a Christmas song here & there, reading little Christmas stories to our kids every once in a while, and making fun Christmas plans to help create special memories with our children this holiday season.

However you enjoy the ‘Ber months, whether that be tanning in the sun, raking piles of leaves to jump into, or putting up twinkle lights, I hope these months are filled with the true meaning of the season and that you make lasting memories with the ones you love.

I couldn’t decide if I wanted to create a fall flo I couldn’t decide if I wanted to create a fall flower candle or a fall leaf candle, so I decided to make both DIY Pressed Leaves and Flower Fall Candles! 🍂Comment “CANDLE” to get the tutorial & details in your DM.

A shorter candle with pressed fall flowers and a tall candle with pressed fall leaves.

Although we won’t have fall colors for a couple of months still (typically around late October, but usually more like early November - I have some very special photos of little Roger Dale’s first fall and the peak fall foliage didn’t arrive until around November 7!), I was still able to find some beautiful options online that were already pressed and ready for crafting.

And I’ve found that the online versions are sometimes better than the home pressed versions as they are often color corrected so their vibrant colors last for years!

While you can use a hair dryer instead of an iron, I personally prefer using an iron as I feel like the iron has more heat control and the blowdryer can spread/blow wax where it’s not wanted.

Of course, I used my favorite little candle swap and added a mini tealight flameless candle to the center of each candle at the end (you do this by creating a candle wax memory in center by scooping the wax out, I share additional details and alternative ways in my flameless candle hack blog post).

This way the candles last for years to come!

Which one do you like better, the fall flower candle or the fall leaf candle? 🍂Comment “candle” to get all the details & tutorial in your DM.
Fall is almost here, but it will still be 2 months Fall is almost here, but it will still be 2 months (and some weeks) until the green leaves turn to the beautiful colors of fall. 🍂 Comment “LEAF” for tutorial & details in your DM.

I remember when our son was born 5 falls ago, we didn’t have beautiful fall colors until the end of the first week of November.

And I only remember this because a couple of weeks after he was born, we took him up to Gatlinburg to show him the fall colors, and then afterward learned that babies can’t see color at that age.

It’s such a special, funny memory that Roger and I love about his first fall.

So while we are still waiting for fall colors outside, we will be enjoying them inside!

I made this DIY Fall Leaf Hurricane Candle Holder with artificial leaves, the same ones that I used for the viral DIY Fall Leaf Candle Holder that I shared a few weeks ago.

I also used the same flameless candle hack in the center of this candle holder.

I thought about using lace around the rubber band, but decided twine looked better and fit the fall aesthetic a bit more.

When do fall colors begin where you live?

Aren’t these Mini Bundt Pumpkin Spice Muffins abso Aren’t these Mini Bundt Pumpkin Spice Muffins absolutely adorable!? 🍂Comment “PUMPKIN” to get the recipe & details in your DM.

I first made Mini Pumpkin Spice Latte Bundt Cakes back in 2017, and they looked just like this, with two minor differences.

This time, I kept it simple.

First, I used my favorite pumpkin spice muffin recipe, which serves as the base for my Nutella Cream Cheese Swirl Pumpkin Muffins.

The second change is that I added an edible fall leaf on top. (which can also be seen in my Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls recipe and Apple Cinnamon Pastry Donuts recipe.)

And these Mini Bundt Pumpkin Spice Muffins turned out so adorably delicious and festive for fall!

These are so cute for a fall party, a Friendsgiving dessert, or a Thanksgiving brunch!

What fun fall occasion will you make these Mini Bundt Pumpkin Spice Muffins for this year?

I’m obsessed with how the Cozy Collection instantly fills my entryway with a warm, welcoming fragrance infused with pure natural scented oils. Whether we’re just relaxing together as a family or welcoming friends over, it provides a consistent, noticeable fragrance that keeps the fall coziness going all day long.

Having the fragrance of fall begin in our entryway is a must, as we spend a lot of time walking through our entryway to and from our library and in and out to our front porch.

The best part? It lasts up to 70 days per refill!* The only reason to change it out early is so you can try the rest of their amazing fall lineup.

It’s so fun to rotate my favorite fall fragrances throughout the different spaces.

I’m currently loving Apple Cinnamon Medley as it feels so warm and comforting, and I think I’m going to try the new Autumn Air & Warm Spice next!

Flower ice balls are my favorite way to keep drink Flower ice balls are my favorite way to keep drinks cool for parties. 🌻Comment “FLOWER” to get the tutorial & details in your DM.

And based on how viral my first tutorial went, I know you all love them too!!

While you can, of course, just put flowers in a vase and fill a container with regular ice, I found this way to be so much more fun, and pretty too!

Plus, regular ice is nowhere near as big as these ice balls, so these keep your drinks (or food) cool for SO MUCH LONGER!!
We live in Tennessee (where it’s crazy hot and humid), and I used them at an outside party we hosted.

I had them outside around 7 pm, and at midnight, there was still some ice in it (and my Christmas ones lasted over 24 hours!)

While some people thought it wouldn’t look nice when it melts, it is actually really pretty as the flowers then float in the water.

And since I’ve made these so many times, I thought I’d share some additional (12) tips and notes to help you when you’re making them for your next party.

Tips & Notes:
1. This particular tool is only advertised to be used for filling balloons. I don’t recommend you use it for anything but filling balloons. If you are a farmer or grew up on a farm, you’ll know what I mean. And yes, I know the tool’s original purpose. 😂 But the balloon industry has a very different use for it.

2. Boiled distilled water makes the ice clearer, but I needed water pressure to fill these balloons. I do use boiled distilled water when I make them in a silicone mold, but it still freezes in multiple directions, which scatters impurities throughout the ice and makes it less clear.

3. The balloons I used are made from 100% natural latex (not plastic); they are biodegradable and compostable in 6 weeks, and are made with food-grade ink. Oh, and the bags that they came in are compostable too, as they are made from 100% corn starch.

You can read all 12 tips/notes (like a melting timeline) & find more details about these balloons on my blog. 🍂Comment “flower” to get all the details in your DM.
You need to make this late-summer Peach Dip ASAP! You need to make this late-summer Peach Dip ASAP! AD 🍑Comment “Cheese” to get more details in your DM.

I used Lifeway Farmer Cheese for the creamy base, loaded it up with grilled peaches, crunchy granola, fresh basil (fresh mint is amazing here too if you prefer it!), and a heavy drizzle of honey.

Serve it with some crispy grilled crostinis and watch it disappear!

Not only is it a total crowd-pleaser for the end of summer, but it’s also packed with live and active cultures to support your microbiome, plus high-protein goodness that loves your gut back!

Comment “cheese” below and I’ll DM you the details! 👇
