I love Christmas Movies! I have already seen more Christmas movies than I can count this season & it is only December 3rd! There are very few Christmas movies that I will not watch. I don’t care how much cheese is involved, if it is Christmasy I will watch it – or at least give it a chance! And even though I would love to make a huge list & rate all of the Christmas movies I have ever seen, I think I’ll just stick to sharing our (Roger’s & mine) list of the Top 10 Must-See Christmas Movies – at least for this year!
Top 10
Because who doesn’t want to save money, get a tan, relax, & cruise around the Bahamas?
If I didn’t add this to the list I might not be allowed into my father-in-law’s home this Christmas!
8. The Original Christmas Classics
These bring back wonderful childhood memories for both my husband & I.
One of my favorite movies to watch in 3D & at the IMAX.
Tim Allen is the perfect Santa Clause I grew up with!
A true classic that is good for all ages!
4. Elf
Where we learn that gum on the street isn’t free candy!
I grew up watching the 1994 remake & must admit that it is my favorite for nostalgic reasons.
After a little discussion with Roger this was placed as number 2, instead of his preferred number 1.
This time of year it is really easy to get overwhelmed, but this little classic will help you remember how wonderful your life truly is & who doesn’t love little Zuzu?
Honorable Mentions:
For some strange reason I have never seen this movie from beginning to end so I could not in good conscious put it in the top ten… But this year I plan to sit down with a warm cup of Hot Chocolate & a cozy blanket & watch the whole thing through!
