  1. First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit & lightly spray your bakeware dish with oil.
  2. Slice your dinner rolls horizontally & place the bottoms on your baking pan.
  3. Add a layer of cheese, eggs, & then the top of the dinner rolls.
  4. Brush the tops of the dinner rolls with the melted butter & bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove the top of the dinner rolls & add a layer of fresh spinach, tomato, avocado, salt, & pepper.
  6. Replace the top of the dinner rolls, cut into individual pieces, & serve.
